摘　　要：对于挤压的模具设计主要包括很多方面的内容,不仅是设计理论与设计方法的选择,还包括各个部分非常细的参数的设定与评价人,在挤压的工艺过程中涉及的设备工具比较繁锁,这种设计过程是介于机械加工与压力加工之间的一种工艺性设计。结合铝挤压机固定挤压热-结构进行分析,为固定挤压垫进一步优化设计提供了依据,也为挤压垫的品质提供了保障。For the design of extrusion die is mainly includes many aspects, not only is the design theory and method of choice, setting and evaluation also includes the parameters of all components of very fine, involved in the extrusion process in the equipment and tools are too complicated, the design process is a process of design between machining and pressure processing. Combined with the aluminium extrusion machine fixed extrusion thermal-structural analysis, fixed extrusion pad provides a basis for filrther optimization design, ＇but also provided a guarantee for the quality of the extrusion pad.
