摘  要:目的了解高校大学生对结核病防治知识的知晓情况。方法整群抽取高校大一新生1 586人进行结核病知识问卷调查。结果大学生对结核病防治知识总知晓率为64.8%,知道咳嗽是肺结核常见早期症状的占85.9%,认为肺结核可以治愈的占85%,知道结核病具有传染性的占54.7%,知道肺结核的传播途径的占52.3%。学生结核病知识知晓率与学生父母的文化程度有关,父母为高中以上学历的结核病知识知晓率高于父母学历为高中以下者,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论大学生结核病防治知识知晓率较低,应加强学校结核病防治工作,开展多种形式的结核病相关知识健康教育。Objective To have knowledge about the awareness of knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and con- trol among college students. Method 1 586 freshmen from colleges were chosen by cluster sarapling and surveyed using questionnaires about their knowledge on tuberculosis. Results Total awareness rate of knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control among college students was 64.8%; college students who knew that cough was a common early symptom of tuberculosis accounted for 85.9%, students who thought that tubercu- losis could be cured accounted for 85 % and who knew that tuberculosis was contagious accounted for 54.7 %, and those who knew the transmission route of tuberculosis accounted for 52.3%. Awareness rate of knowledge on tuberculosis among students had relation to the education level of their parents, which among students whose parents had completed senior high school or above was higher than those whose parents bad lower education level, and the differences were statistically significant (p〈0.01). Conclusion There is a low awareness rate of knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control among college students. Colleges should strengthen prevention and control of tuberculosis and carry out various forms of health education on tuberculosis relevant knowledge.
