摘 要:炼油汽提废水经汽提处理后仍含有较高浓度的硫化物和氨氮,对该废水采用装填悬浮填料的两级曝气塔处理。研究了两级曝气塔水力停留时间(HRT)和溶解氧(DO)对特征污染物硫化物和氨氮的去除效果影响,在一级曝气塔HRT≥10.0h,DO≥3.0mg/L时,硫化物去除率大于98%;在二级曝气塔HRT≥8.0h,DO≥2.5mg/L时,氨氮去除率大于88%。Stripping wastewater in refinery contains hign concentration of sulfide and ammonia nitrogen by way of stripping.The wastewater was treated by using a two-stage aeration tower filled suspended filler, the influences of HRT and DO on the treatment effect were investigated respectively. The experimental results showed that, under HRT was more 10.0 h and DO mass concentration in firstly aeration tower was more 3.0 mg/L,the average removal efficiency of sulfide was more 98 %,furthermore, under HRT was more 8.0 h and DO mass concentration in next aeration tower was more 2.5 mg/L,the average removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen was more 88 %.
