摘　　要：随着油田含水不断上升与采出水回注区块不断扩大,地面管网腐蚀、结垢现象明显加剧,管线破漏频繁,普通内防腐或未进行内防腐的无缝钢管网使用寿命明显缩短(平均3年),管网更换工作量大,费用高,成为困扰老油田日常生产的主要问题。为了延长地面工艺系统管网(包括新增和在用)使用寿命,降低管网频繁更换费用,研究并应用了油田地面管线防腐蚀技术,以提高老油田地面管线的使用寿命。As the water in the oil field produced water reinjection blocks rising and expanding, surface pipeline corrosion, scaling phenomenon is apparent aggravate,line broken frequently, general internal corrosion or not within the corrosion seamless pipe network lifetime significantly shortened（mean 3 years ）,pipe replacement workload is big, cost is high, become a daily production of old oil field main problem. In order to extend the ground process system（including the newly added and the service life, reduce network）frequent replacement cost, we study and application of oil field ground pipeline anti corrosion technology,to improve the old oil field ground pipeline service life.
