海勤人员疲劳状况与社会支持的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨海勤人员疲劳状况及其与社会支持的相关性。方法用疲劳评定量表(FAI)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对563名海勤人员进行量表测评,数据采用SPSS15.0软件包进行统计分析。结果海勤人员在疲劳的严重程度上与健康组无显著性差异,而明显低于慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)患者组(t=-38.27,P<0.01);军官的疲劳程度较士兵和士官明显偏重(F=5.57,P<0.01),且更具有情境特异性(F=11.14,P<0.01),并更易导致心理后果(F=8.55,P<0.01);已婚海勤人员的疲劳程度较未婚组明显偏重(t=-2.55,P<0.05);和其他专业人员相比,潜水员较少出现由于疲劳导致的严重心理后果(F=6.73,P<0.01);海勤人员疲劳的严重程度与社会支持(r=-0.21,P<0.01)呈显著负相关,尤其是与主观支持(r=-0.18,P<0.01)和支持利用度(r=-0.19,P<0.01)。结论海勤人员疲劳状况及特点与社会支持密切相关。Objective To study the situation of fatigue and its relationship with social support in ship personnel. Methods The 563 ship personnels were evaluated by Fatigue Assessment Instrument （FAI） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, obtained data were analyzed with SPSS15.0. Results The severity of fatigue in ship personnel had no significant differences compared with the healthy group, but was significantly lower than the chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS） group （t=-38.27, P〈0.01）;There was significant difference between officers and noncommissioned officers, soldiers in the severity of fatigue （F=5.57, P〈0.01）, and the former had more situation- specificity （F=ll.14, P〈0.01） and psychological consequences （F=8.55, P〈0.01） of FAI; Married group of ship personnel was significantly greater than unmarried group in the severity of fatigue （t=-2.55, P〈0.05）;in divers psychological consequences （F=6.73, P〈0.01） was lower than other professionals. The severity of fatigue in ship personnel was negatively correlated with social support（r=-0.21, P〈0.01）, especially with the subjective support（r=- 0.18, P〈0.01） and the utilization of support （r=-0.19, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Conditions and characteristics of fatigue are closelv correlated with social sunnnrt in shin n~,rsnnn^l_
