摘　　要：为提高全军医药卫生科技查新质量,提升医疗科研服务能力,从2010年起,全军医药卫生科技查新工作领导小组办公室每年组织专家对当年度军队医药卫生高等级成果推荐材料所附查新报告的质量进行复核评估。本文概况总结了2010—2012年的复核评估结果,基于相关统计数据,归纳分析了影响医药卫生查新报告质量的主要问题,并提出了未来发展建议。In order to improve the quality of literature evaluation for application of medical achievements of Chinese PEA and the ability to serve the medical research, from 2010 authors have organize experts every year to review the quality of literature evaluation report of the high-grade medical achievements of PEA. This article briefly describes the review results for 2010 to 2012, summarizes and analyzes the major problems affecting the quality of literature evaluation based on relevant statistical data, and puts forward recommendations for the future development.
