摘 要:目的:探讨氟马西尼与引起中枢抑制的乙醇之间的量效关系。方法:将50只小鼠随机分为2个大组(n=25),分别用15ml/kg的45%、60%乙醇溶液灌胃。将低浓度乙醇组随机分成5个小组(n=5),待翻正反射消失1min后,分别给各组小鼠腹腔注射20ml/kg的生理盐水、0.01mg/ml、0.05mg/ml、0.08mg/ml、0.1mg/ml的氟马西尼溶液。高浓度乙醇组操作同低浓度乙醇组。观察小鼠的反应,以及翻正反射消失的持续时间,即睡眠时间(sleepingtime,ST)。结果:氟马西尼对低浓度乙醇组的ST影响无明显趋势,氟马西尼对高浓度乙醇组的ST较生理盐水组缩短,但无显著性。结论:不能完全否认苯二氮卓受体在乙醇中枢抑制中的作用。Objective: To investigate the relation between flumazenil and ethanol caused central inhibition in quantity and effect.Method: 50 mice were randomized into 2 groups ( n=25 each ), 45% and 60% ethanol were intragastric administered in mice separately.Randomize the low consistency group into 5 groups ( n=5 each ), one minute after loss of fighting reflex, normal saline ( 20 mUkg ), 0.01 mg/ml, 0.05 mg/ml, 0.08 mg/ml, 0.1 mg/ml flumazenil ( 20 ml/kg ) were intrapefitoneally injected.The high consistency group treated the same with the low consistency group.The action after intrapefitoneally administered and the duration of loss of fighting reflex or sleeping time ( ST ) were recorded.Result: Compare with the normal saline group, the ST in the low consistency group was no obvious rule, and the ST in the high consistency group was in the tendency of reduction, but there was no statistic difference ( P〉0.05 ) .Conclusion: It cannot be denied completely that the function of benzodiazepine receptor in the mechanism of ethanol caused central inhibition.
