环境色彩、嗅觉、免疫反应物与运动员心理研究——以贵州省红枫湖水上基地皮划艇运动员为例

摘　　要：高原运动员训练的效果与部分环境中的植被色彩、气味和免疫物有关,本研究的目的在寻找不同植物环境的色彩、气味和免疫物对运动员训练的影响规律及其机制,为提高运动员成绩、对建立不同竞技环境下最适的训练环境提供理论和技术上的支持。本研究调查结果表明:无论男性和女性在心情不好的时候都喜欢选择黑色和灰色,尤其是黑色;黄色和橙色是女性心情好时的颜色,男性更喜欢选择蓝色代表自己的好心情;绿色、蓝色、红色和白色是水上运动员喜欢的颜色;不同的色彩给人带来的视觉体验不同,给人的心理感受也不同;排在第一喜欢等级上的是水果的气味和花的气味,但存在特例;不同气味会给人带来不同的心理感受;针对运动员比较容易过敏的身体情况,最好减少花粉和柳絮,可用其他不引起皮肤过敏的植物代替。The vegetation color, smell and the immune reactants partly influence the effect of training plateau athletes. The purpose of this study is to find out the influential rules and mechanisms of environ- mental color of vegetation of different gradient, smell and the immune reactants and provide some theoret- ical and technical support for improving the performance of athletes, and to establish optimal training en- vironment for different competition. Through investigation and analysis, the study has the following find- ings： Both make and femal athletes in bad mood prefer black and gray, especially the black; Female ath- letes like to choose yellow and orange while in good mood whereas male athletes more likely prefer to choose blue when in good mood; Green, blue, red and white are the favorite colors for water sports ath- letes ; Different color brings different visual experience and gives different psychological feelings ; Athletes like the smell of fruit and flower most, especially the smell of plants with fresh fragrance, but with the ex- ception of individual case; Different smell brings different psychological feelings. For the physical condi- tion of athletes allergies, the best way to deal with it is to reduce contact with pollen and catkins, and use other plants that will not cause allergy.
