摘　　要：造成交通事故的因素有主观因素和客观因素,据统计,在造成交通事故的各种因素中,人为的因素是最主要的,其中驾驶员交通违章造成的交通事故比率高达80%以上。从博弈论的角度出发,对驾驶员与交通管理部门之间的外部博弈和驾驶员与驾驶员之间的内部博弈进行分析,并提出了预防汽车交通违章的对策。It is both subjective and objective factors of factor causing a traffic accident.According to statistics,human factor is the most important one in all the factors which could cause a traffic accident,and 80% of accidents were caused by the driver traffic.It analyzed both the inside games between the traffic management department and drivers and the outside games between one driver and another based on the game theory.Finaly,some countermeasures have been given to prevent vehicle traffic violations in this paper.
