摘  要:目的采用气相色谱法(GC),以内标法同时测定肚痛健胃整肠丸(黄柏、桂皮、丁香、陈皮、甘草)中薄荷脑、愈创木酚和丁香酚3种主要成分。方法采用HP-5 GC Column(30 m×0.32 mm,ID 0.25μm)毛细管柱;程序升温:80℃升温至190℃,升温速率5℃/min;检测器:FID,250℃;进样口:230℃;分流比10∶1;载气:N2,1mL/min。结果样品中薄荷脑、愈创木酚和丁香酚分离良好,进样质量浓度分别在0.084 97~3.398 8 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)、0.183 1~7.324 mg/mL(r=0.999 7)、0.040 4~1.616 mg/mL(r=0.999 9)范围内有良好的线性关系。平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.4%、99.6%、100.2%;RSD分别为1.14%、1.23%、1.03%。结论本实验可同时测定肚痛健胃整肠丸中薄荷脑、愈创木酚和丁香酚3种主要挥发性成分,并对其进行定量,各色谱峰分离良好,方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可更有效的控制产品质量。AIM To establish gas chromatography (GC) for determining menthol, guaiacol and eugenot in Dutong Jianwei Zhengchang Pills (Phellodendri chinensis Cortex, Cinnamomi Cortex, Caryophylli Flos, Citri reticulatae Pericarpium, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma). METHODS The separation was performed on HP-5 GC column (30 m x 0. 32 mm, 0.25 μm film thickness) capillary column. The column oven temperature program was from 80 ℃ to 190 % at the rate of 5 ℃/min. The carrier gas was nitrogen at 1 mL/min and injection volume was 1 μL. The injector and detector temperatures was 230 ℃ and 250 ℃, respectively. Split ratio was 10 : 1. RESULTS Menthol, guaiacol and eugenol were completely separated, and their linear ranges were between 0. 084 97-3. 398 8 mg/mL ( r = 0. 999 8), 0. 183 1-7. 324 mg/mL ( r = 0. 999 7 ) and 0. 040 4-1. 616 mg/mL ( r = 0. 999 9), respectively. Relevant average recoveries ( n = 6 ) were 100. 4% ( RSD of 1.14% ), 99.6% ( RSD of 1.23% ) and 100.2% (RSD of 1.03% ), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is precise, accu- rate and suitable for simultaneous determination of menthol, guaiacol and eugenol in Dutong Jianwei Zhengchang Pills.
