摘　　要：目的建立同时测定解肌宁嗽丸(紫苏叶、前胡、葛根、苦杏仁、桔梗、半夏等)中甘草苷、葛根素、柚皮苷、橙皮苷的高效液相色谱法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。Diamonsil ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相;体积流量为1.0 mL/min;检测波长283 nm。结果根据回归方程,甘草苷、葛根素、柚皮苷、橙皮苷的线性范围内,进样量与峰面积之间线性关系良好(r>0.999 8);平均回收率(n=6)均在97.9%～98.27%范围内,RSD<1.3%。结论该方法经济适用,操作简便、准确,重复性好,专属性好,适用于解肌宁嗽丸的质量控制。AIM To develop a method for determining liquiritin, puerarin, naringin and hesperidin in Jieji Ningsou Pills （Perillae Folium, Peucedani Radix, Puerariae lobatae Radix, Armeniacae Semen amarum, Platycodi Radix, Pinelliae Rhizoma, etc. ）. METHODS The quantitative analysis was carried out on a column of Diamonsil ODS Cls by RP-HPLC using a mobile phase of methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid under a flow rate of 1.0 mL/ rain. The detective wavelength was selected at 283 nm. RESULTS The linear relationships between sample sizes and peak areas of liquiritin, puerarin, naringin and hesperidin were good within the linear ranges （ r 〉 0. 999 8 ）. The recoveries were 97.9% -98.27% （RSD 〈 1.3）. CONCLUSION This method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible and specific, and it can be used for the quality control of Jieji Ningsou Pills.
