摘  要:目的研究茸毛木蓝根的化学成分。方法茸毛木蓝根乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分采用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法及重结晶技术分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从茸毛木蓝根中分离鉴定了7个化合物,schizandriside(1),lyoniside(2),(-)-epicatechin(3),3,6-二-O-(3-硝基丙酰基)-D-吡喃葡萄糖α-和β-端基异构体混合物(4和5),4,6-二-O-(3-硝基丙酰基)-D-吡喃葡萄糖α-和β-端基异构体混合物(6和7)。结论所有化合物均为首次从茸毛木蓝中分离得到,其中化合物1~3为首次从木蓝属植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Indigofera stachyoides. METHODS Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography together with recrystallization were applied to the isolation and purification of acetic ether extraction of the alcoholic extract of roots of Indigofera stachyoides. The structures were elucidated by their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS Seven cornpounds were isolated from the roots of Indigofera stachyoides and elucidated as schizandriside (1), lyoniside (2), (-) -epicatechin ( 3 ), a mixture of 3,6-di-O- [ 3-nitropropanoyl ] -α-D-glucopyranose ( 4 ) and 3,6-di-O- [ 3-nitropropanoyl ] -β-D-glucopyranose (5), a mixture of 4,6-di-O- [ 3-nitropropanoyl ] -α-D-glucopyranose (6) and 4,6- di-O-[3-nitropropanoyl]-β-D-glucopyranose (7). CONCLUSION All the compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time, and compounds 1-3 are reported from the genus Indigofera for the first time.
