摘  要:采用Rosand RH7型毛细管流变仪,对以间苯二甲酸丙二醇酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPP)为第三改性单体、以聚1,6-己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)或聚乙二醇(PEG)为第四改性单体的阳离子染料可染聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇共聚酯(PTT)的流变性能进行了研究。结果显示,在200 s-1<γ<1000 s-1时,PTT共聚酯的剪切黏度急剧下降,表现出明显的剪切变稀特性;SIPP的添加使共聚酯的粘流活化能增加,而PBA或PEG能降低共聚酯的粘流活化能;共聚酯的非牛顿指数均在0.6~0.8之间,并随温度升高而增大,因此升高温度能改善共聚酯熔体的流动性能,这为开发新型阳离子染料可染PTT纤维提供了参考。The rheological properties of cationic dyeable polytrimethylene terephthalate copolyesters modified by 5- sulfoisophthalic acid dihydroxy propyl ester sodium salt (SIPP) as the third mononmer and poly (hutylene adipate) (PBA) or polyethylene glycol(PEG) as the fourth monomer were studied by Rosand RH7 capilary rheometer. The results indicate that the viscosity of PTT copolyesters decreases sharply with the shear rate between 200 s- 1 and 1000 s-1, showing a significant shear-thinning properties. The visco-flow activation energy of copolyesters increases with the addition of the third component SIPP. However, adding the fourth component (PBA or PEG) can reduce the visco-flow activation energy, Non-Newtonian index of copolyesters is between 0.6- 0.8 and increases with the temperature. The rheological properties of copolyesters are also improved with increase of the temperature, which provide a reference for the development of cationic dyeable PTT fibers.
