摘 要:为优化项目控制,研究用挣值管理方法,对某大型智能项目已实施阶段的进度和投资进行关键路径和非关键路径的挣值分析,综合评价该项目已实施阶段的绩效情况,并预测该项目未实施阶段的进度和成本。研究结果显示,当前该智能项目进度滞后,成本额外增加;根据当前的绩效情况推测,关键路径将会改变,预计总工期将延长。因此,建议在该智能项目未来的实施过程中,应进行全面控制,特别是加强对改变关键路径工作的控制,以提高项目整体绩效,保证项目按计划乃至高效益完成。To optimize the control of project,this paper explored earned value analysis of both the critical path and the non-critical path concerning the progress and investment of the stage that one large intelligent project was achieved,evaluated comprehensively the performance of the ongoing project,and further predicted the schedule and cost of the unimplemented phase of the project.The results show that the cost will be increased unexpectedly on the condition that the schedule of the project can not be fulfilled on time.Meanwhile the critical path will change based on the current speculation of performance,and the total duration of the project will be extended accordingly.Therefore,it is suggested that in the future we should carry out a comprehensive control of the project implementation,especially the control of change in critical path so that the whole performance can be improved,which ensures the completion of the project punctually and efficiently.
