摘　　要：论述了商业模式的内涵与创新路径,总结了典型国家商业模式创新的经验,分析了物联网产业的宏观、微观环境及物联网产业商业模式创新的形式,提出了我国物联网产业商业模式发展的相关对策。This paper discussed the connotation and the business model innovation path, summarized the experience of business model innovation in some typical countries, analyzed the macro, micro environment of the internet of things, studied the innovation of business model, and proposed the countermeasures accordingly.
