国际性技术外溢对北京高技术产业技术创新绩效影响的实证研究

摘　　要：采用面板数据模型方法,运用Eviews6.0软件,针对国际性技术外溢对北京高技术产业技术创新绩效的影响进行实证研究,得出北京高技术产业技术创新绩效模型和面板数据回归结果。结果表明,北京高技术产业技术创新绩效的提升主要依靠企业研发经费的投入,高科技人员投入、FDI利用和出口贸易额的增加也会对北京高技术产业技术创新绩效的提升起到一定的促进作用,但当通过提高新产品、新技术的质量和层次来提升北京高技术产业技术创新绩效时,FDI和出口贸易的技术溢出会起阻碍作用。In this paper, the author exercises panel data model, uses software Eviews 6. 0, studies empirically the effects on the international technology spillover to the technical innovation performance of Beijing＇ s high - tech industries, and obtains the technical innovation performance models of Beijing＇ s high - tech industries and panel data regression results. The results show that the promotion of the technical innovation performance of Beijing＇ s high - tech industries depends on R＆D expenditure input of the enterprises. The input of high - tech staff, the utilization of FDI and the increasing of volume of export trade will also play certain promotion effects on the promotion of the technical innovation performance of Beijing＇ s high - tech industries. But, the technology spillover of FDI and export trade will play the impeding role when the govern- ment promotes the technical innovation performance of Beijing＇ s high - tech industries through increasing the quality and level of new products and new technologies.
