国际分工贸易中技术援助的超边际分析与启示

摘　　要：为了充分认识采取技术援助来扩大对外开放贸易程度对各国经济增长带来的好处,认为新古典经济学分析框架对该问题的分析存在着模型的边界条件假定过强的问题,故尝试性建立起国际分工贸易的新兴古典经济学模型,采用超边际分析方法拟合出国际分工贸易中富国对穷国进行技术援助的决策过程,发现富国为了提高自身在国际分工贸易中的效用,对与其贸易的穷国提供一定程度的技术援助是必要的。这一结论充分证实我们在后国际金融危机时代必须反对任何形式的贸易保护。To fully understand the benefits in the national level to every country~ economic growth by adopting technology assistance in the opening of trade, the article argues that the assumption of the boundary conditions in the framework of neoclassic economics is too strong. Thus, the author attempts to set up a model about international trade division from the new - classical economics view. The model employs infra - marginal analysis to integrate the decision - making process of technology assistance in international trade division from the developed countries to developing countries. The model con- cludes that it is necessary for developed countries to provide the technology assistance to developing countries to promote their effectiveness in international trading division. This conclusion urges us to oppose any form of trade protection after the international financial crisis era.
