摘  要:以加替沙星为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,氯仿为溶剂,悬浮聚合法制备了分子印迹聚合物。通过静态吸附,动态吸附及选择性吸附对制备的聚合物进行性能测定,并且通过Scatchard分析以对聚合物的吸附行为进行分析。结果表明,印迹聚合物有两类结合位点,为多分子层吸附过程,对目标分子具有良好的选择性。Using the methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene - dimethacrylate as crosslinker, PVA as dispersant, chloroform as solvent,the molecularly polymers was synthesized with Gatitloxacin as temple molecular by suspension polymerization. The adsorption properties were investigated with dynamic adsorption, static adsorption and selective adsorption. Scatchard model analysis was used to analysis the adsorption behavior. As a result, there were two types of binding sites on the MIP, and the adsorption process was a multi - molecular layer adsorption. And it also had good selectivity to the target molecular.
