摘　　要：80 m3聚醚反应釜是化工生产中较大的生产设备。在聚醚生产过程中,需要加热、冷却且有固体结晶颗粒产生,提出设备结构设计时应注意的问题并采取了整改措施。The 80 m^3 polyether reactor is the larger production equipment in chemical industry production. In polyether production process, need heating, cooling and solid particles were produced and the proposed device structure design should pay attention to the problem and corrective measures.
