摘 要:针对目前火炮膛压测试中传感器安装结构与测压器小体积之间的矛盾,设计了一种壳体电容式压力传感器.介绍了测压器的结构及基本原理,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对测压器的壳体进行了静态及瞬态分析,由静态分析的结果对壳体电容进行最小二乘法拟合,拟合相关系数为0.997 5,并绘制出电容式测压器的静态灵敏度曲线,在模拟膛压发生器上进行动态实验,采用上升沿校准的方法对膛压曲线进行分析.结果表明:该测压器具有良好的非线性,静态灵敏度随压力载荷的增加而增加;该设计方案是可行的,值得推广.Aming at the problem of contradiction between sensor installation structure and small size of the pressure gauge in the pressure test of gun chamber, a shell capacitive pressure sensor is designed. The structure and basic principles of the pressure sensor were introduced. The transient and static analysis were respectively made on shell of pressure gauge using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Shell capacitance was fitted by the least squares method of the static a- nalysis results, the correlation coefficient was 0. 997 5. The static sensitivity curve of capacitive pressure gauge was drawn out. Dynamic experiments were done on the simulation chamber pres- sure generator. The chamber pressure curve was analyzed by calibration of the rising edge. The result shows that the gauge has a good non-linear characteristics. Static sensitivity increases with the increased pressure load. So the design of the case is feasible and worthy of promotion.
