摘　　要：文章根据光载无线通信系统的基本结构和技术特点,提出了基于光载无线技术的智能小区通信网络结构,以及具体的解决方案,实现了智能小区多业务灵活接入,并研究了实际应用中存在的技术问题。光载无线通信以其显著的技术优势,将在未来电力通信接入网建设中发挥重要作用。According to the basic structure and technical characteristics of radio over fiber （RoF） system, this paper proposes the communication network architecture and the specific solution of the intelligent community based on RoF technology, achieves the multi-service access in the intelligent community, and discusses the technical problems of the practical application. Due to its significant technology advantages, RoF will play an important role in the future power communication access network construction
