摘　　要：随着电力行业信息化水平的不断提高,传统的电路交换技术将逐渐被软交换技术所替代。文章以电力调度系统的特点为基础,提出了电力调度系统软交换改造过程中应该遵循的一些原则。基于文章提出的改造原则设计了一种软交换改造方案,该方案具有兼容性好、可靠性高的特点,可使电力调度系统在安全稳定的前提下,循序渐进地向软交换技术平滑过渡。With the continuous improvement of level of informatization, the softswitch technology will replace the traditional circuit switching technology gradually. In view of the characteristics of the electric power dispatching system, this paper proposes the principles of softswitch transformation in power dispatch system. Then this paper designs the scheme of softswitch transformation based on the proposed principles. The scheme has the high reliability and the good compatibility, which can transform the traditional switching technology of electric power dispatching system into the softwitch technology gradually under the premise of security and stability.
