摘  要:沸沸扬扬的萨博收购案终于盖棺,这位汽车业最自信的玩家至今依然认为一切都在他的控制范同中 与北汽花了2亿美元买到老九三、九五技术不一样,我就只花了5千万欧元,我后悔什么?我不后悔。我最后为什么选择这个?我不是故意把技术拿来让你破产的。我到最后发现,任何道路不是一条路走到黑的,必须要估计到会出现什么洋的问题,所所以才设计这个路径。Uproar in Saab deal eventually died out,but Pang Qingnian doesn’t think he has lost. From 2008 to 2009,General Motors Corporation was deep in the bankruptcy crisis.In order to seek self-insurance,it put Saab into the sale list,which was in the same situation.Youngman wanted to purchase Saab and was sure to get the acquisition.But what happened later on was full of twists and turns.Hawtai and Pangda have involved in acquisition of Saab one after another.But the one who laughs last is NEVS(National Electric Vehicle Sweden). Pang Qingnian didn’t return with nothing,he got all drawings of Phoenix Technology Platform in Saab.This platform was built up with 200 million euros before Saab’s bankruptcy.Based on the new platform,Youngman can research and develop the products of next generation.The non-exclusive use of the Phoenix platform was the sole trophy of Youngman at the expense of nearly 500 million yuan.In addition,Youngman also invested 10 million euros to subscribe 29.9%stake of Spyder and set up a joint venture company. Although the process of acquisition of Saab is just like a farce,the valuable experience of overseas mergers and acquisitions is a huge wealth,for Youngman and all Chinese enterprises.As for Pang Qingnian,he even felt that everything was in his control,"no loss,but regret only". For the future,Pang Qingnian seemed to arrange everything already:Spyder plan,Saab plan,battery research and development, products of ancestry of lotus, even the cultivating of next generation.
