摘　　要：民主政治的发展产生了对政党的需求,政党的核心作用在于作为"桥梁和纽带"来连接民众和公共权力。执政党之所以能够代表民众执掌公共权力,其基础在于获得了大多数民众的拥护。因此,执政党要想长期执政,自然要随着民众构成状况的变化而不断调适自己。现阶段,执政党需要正确认识中产阶层的作用,培育和促进中产阶层发展壮大,在促进阶层间关系和谐方面付出切实的努力,以巩固和拓展自己的民众支持。The development of democratic politics has produced a demand for political parties.The central role of political parties is to connect people and the public authority as a bridge and link.The ruling party has been able to represent the people in charge of public power,which is based on the support of the majority of people.Therefore,it is vital for the ruling party to keep the power for a long,natural change according to fact that the public constitutes a status change.At this stage,the ruling party needs a correct understanding of the role of the middle class,to nurture and promote the development and growth of the middle class,and make earnest efforts to promote the harmony of the relationship between classes in order to consolidate and expand its popular support.
