摘　　要：新建地方本科院校能否培养社会需要的应用型人才,关系到健康可持续发展的问题,选择和构建人才培养模式至关重要。文章针对一些新建地方本科院校应用型人才培养脱离应用的现象,阐述了唐山学院改革和构建以实践能力为核心的应用型人才培养模式的具体做法和实践效果。It＇ s important to choose and construct the talent training mode since a healthy, sustainable develop- merit of the newly-built local college depends on whether it can cultivate practical talents that satisfy the social demands. The paper first pointed out the phenomenon of practical talent training that deviated from realistic application in some newly-built local colleges, and then focused on the specific practice and effect of the practical talent training mode constructed in Tangshan College.
