摘 要:采用乳化固相法对发泡倍率为10的发泡聚丙烯(EPP)进行马来酸酐(MAH)接枝研究。研究了单体用量、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量、接枝时间和接枝温度等因素对接枝率的影响,通过FTIR、1H-NMR、XRD、TG对改性EPP进行了表征。研究结果表明:MAH成功接枝于EPP上,接枝温度为90℃,接枝时间为2 h,单体用量、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量分别为EPP质量分数的20%、0.6%和4%时,接枝率相对较高,接枝后结晶度和热性能稍有降低。EPP was surface-modified via solid-phase grafting reaction with maleic anhydride (MAH) in emulsion. The EPP was characterized through the infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and 1H-NMR, XRD and TG. The impact of factors like monomer content, initiator loading, emulsifier content, graft time and graft temperature on the grafting rate was investigated. The results showed that MAH were successfully grafted onto polypropylene by solid-phase grafting method, when the reaction time was carried out at 90 ℃ for 2 hours, the dosage of monomers was 20%, the dosage of initiator and emulsifier was 0. 6%, product was relatively high but after solid-phase reaction the degree of crystallinity 4%, grafting rate of the and thermal performanceare slightly lower.
