摘  要:研究了加工条件、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/聚丙烯(PP)不同比例、交联剂含量对动态硫化POE/PP热塑性弹性体的微观形态的影响。研究表明:加工时间越长,POE交联颗粒越小;转速增加和温度升高,使材料的交联加快导致材料中出现团聚;随着POE含量的增加,交联POE的颗粒变大;交联剂含量越多,材料中的交联颗粒越多越均匀,加入助交联剂可以使材料的形态变得更加致密,POE颗粒进一步减小。The effect of different processing, ratios of POE/PP blend, dose of crossing linking agent on the morphology of the dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer was studied. Studies showed that the longer processing time, the smaller particles of POE. The increased speed and the high temperature in the cross-linking of the material had speed up the material reunion. With the increase in POE content, cross-linked POE particles were bigger. With the crosslinking agent content increased, more and more uniform cross-linked particles obtained, assistant crossing additive made the morphology of the material became more dense, POE particles was smaller.
