山西省体育产业经营管理人才的培养路径研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,对山西省体育产业经营管理人才的社会需求、培养现状和发展对策进行研究。结果表明:自"十一五"以来,山西省体育产业发展较快,但与之相适应的体育产业经营管理人才缺乏;高等体育院校(系)培养出来的毕业生,难以满足体育产业发展的社会需求。针对山西省高校体育产业经营管理人才的培养模式、专业设置、培养目标、课程设置、培养途径等,提出了相应的发展对策。Using literature material, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis and other methods, the sports industry in Shanxi Province of the talents for operation and management of social demand, training situation and development countermeasures were studied. The results show that since the ＂eleventh five- year plan＂ since, the sports industry in Shanxi Province is developing fast, but with suitable sports industry man- agement of talent. Higher Sports College （department） trained graduates, difficult to meet the social demand of the development of the sports industry. The study also in Shanxi Province college sports industry management personnel training of professional setting, the training scale, the training goal, the curriculum, training methods, ete, and the corresponding development of countermeasures.
