服装制造企业物流运营方式研究——以石狮市为例

摘　　要：服装制造业作为我国传统制造业,面临的现实问题是如何进行产业结构调整和产业升级。石狮市服装制造企业的物流运营方式主要包括自营物流、第三方物流及物流兼营等。信息化水平不高、服务层次低、专业人才欠缺、交通发展滞后等因素制约着石狮市服装制造企业的物流运营方式选择。针对影响因素,提出对策措施以期提升石狮市服装制造企业物流运营水平。The problem of how garment manufacturing industry is China＇s traditional manufacturing industry, faced with the reality to carry out industrial restructuring and industrial upgrading. The logistics operation mode of Shishi gar- ment manufacturing enterprise mainly includes three types ： self logistics, third party logistics and logistics concurrently. The low level of information, low levels of service, lack of professional personnel, the development of transportation lag enterprise logistics operator mode selection in Shishi. In response to these factors, the pro- posed countermeasures would enhance the logistics operation level of clothing manufacturing enterprise in Shishi.
