摘  要:采用《教师教学效能感量表》对540位职业院校教师的教学效能感及其影响因素进行调查。结果显示:职业院校教师的总体教学效能感处于中等以上水平,且其个人教学效能感显著高于一般教学效能感;学校类型与性别两因素对职业院校教师的教学效能感没有显著影响;教龄与职称两因素对职业院校教师的一般教学效能感与个人教学效能感有显著影响,且10年教龄和20年教龄是职业院校教师教学效能感发展的关键点;学历因素只对一般教学效能感有显著影响。By using Teacher Teaching Efficiency Scale, the research has taken a survey on teaching efficiency and influential factors among 540 vocational school teachers. The results are as following: The vocational teachers' general teaching efficiency is above the average and personal teaching efficiency is much higher than general teaching efficiency. School type and gender have no influence on vocational school teachers' teaching efficiency. Teaching age and title are the important factors, which influence vocational school teachers' general and personal teaching efficiency. Furthermore, 10 years and 20 years teaching ages are the key ages in the development of vocational school teachers' teaching efficiency. The factor of degree only has a significant influence on vocational school teachers' general teaching efficiency.
