摘　　要：生态环境监理是环境监理的重点,主要内容有3项:环境保护的达标监理、生态环境保护监理、环保设施"三同时"建设的环境监理,重点关注环境敏感目标的环境监理。从落实环评文件及环评批复入手,对环境风险防范措施、应急预案、环保投资落实情况也应一并关注,对同类项目环境监理的开展有一定的借鉴作用。Ecology supervision environment is the key point of the environment supervision. Its primary coverage is as follows： reaching the standard of environmental protection, ecology supervision environment protection and undergoing of environmentM protection facilities, among which environmental sensitive objective supervision is paid the closest attention. Begin with carrying out of EIA document ＆ EIA approval, prevention measures of environmental risks, emergency plan and the carrying out of environment investment should be paid more attention at the same time. This paper is of certain reference to environment supervision of similar projects.
