摘　　要：随着全国大学生职业技能竞赛如火如荼开展,我省的大学生科技创新与职业技能竞赛也已连续举办两届。本文以职业技能竞赛为背景,从决策、经营管理、专业技术与交往协调四种能力来分析职业技能竞赛对大学生创业能力的培养。With College Student＇s Professional Technology Competition growing vigorously, the Undergraduate Scientific Innovation and Professional Technology Competition of our province have held two periods continuously.Under the background of Professional Technology Competition, from the four abilities university students have to contain： decision-making, operation and management, professional technology, communicate and coordinate ability,this article analysises how to train the innovation ability of college students by professional technology competition.
