摘　　要：市场经济的发展,促使港口数量的增加,竞争越来越激烈,竞争的方式主要体现在优质的服务,要作到快速和安全。港口企业信息化的主要功能就是要让港口工作在快速安全的情况下提供优质的服务。而要做到快速安全的提供优质的信息化服务,稳定的网络和健全的网络监控模式是必不可少的。这也是推动信息化管理的一个必然趋势。The development of market economy, to increase the numher of ports, the increasingly fierce competition, eompetition mode is mainly refleeted in the quality of service, to achieve rapid and safe. The main function of port enterprise information is to let the port work to provide quality services in the rapid safety conditions. Tu achieve fast and secure to provide high quality information services, stable network and improve the network monitoring mode is essential. This is a inevitable trend lo promote information management.
