摘　　要：介绍了地沟油的概念及危害,对活性炭、活性白土等吸附脱色方法及氧化脱色方法进行了综述,总结了这些方法的优缺点。In this paper it was introduced that the concept of drainage oil and its health hazards. The dis- coloring methods such as activated carbon adsorption method, acid activated white clay adsorption method, and also oxidation bleaching method were reviewed. Their advantages and disadvantages were pointed out. It is useful for discoloring drainage oil investigation. oil; discoloring; adsorbent; activated clay
