摘　　要：脂联素是由脂肪特异细胞合成和分泌的一种细胞因子,具有抗炎、对抗胰岛素抵抗、抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,与糖尿病、心血管疾病、高血压疾病密切相关。近期研究发现,脂联素在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,这可能为COPD的诊断和治疗提供新的途径和方法。Adiponectin is a kind of cytokines synthesized and secreted by fat specific cell,with the functions of anti-inflammatory,resistance to insulin resistance,anti-atherosclerosis,which is closely related with cardiovascular disease,hypertension and diabetes.A recent study shows adiponectin plays an important role in the occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）which provides a new way and method for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD.
