摘　　要：残余肾功能(RRF)指肾组织毁损后健存肾组织的滤过和内分泌功能。它对于小溶质分子的清除及维持电解质液体平衡、控制钙磷、清除中分子尿毒症毒素方面起着重要作用。该文就患者的生存率、心血管疾病、钙磷代谢、炎症状态、贫血及营养状况、RRF的影响因素与血液透析患者的RRF临床应用进行归纳阐述,旨在为临床医务工作者提供保护血液透析患者RRF的途径。Residual renal function（RRF）is filtration and endocrine of residual renal tissues.Residual renal function plays a role of electrolyte balance maintaining,better calciam and phosphate removal,and middle molecule uremic toxin removal.Here is to make a review on the residual renal function in hemodialysis patients from the aspects of survival,cardiovascular disease,calcium-phosphate balance,inflammation,anemia and nutritional status,and influencing factors,with the aim to provide ways of RRF preservation for hemodialysis patients.
