硫酸镁在中重度妊娠高血压综合征治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸镁在中、重度妊高征治疗中的应用效果。方法选择万宁市人民医院68例中、重度妊高征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予常规治疗。对照组给予硫酸镁5 g肌内注射或5～10 g静脉滴注;观察组正规合理应用硫酸镁。记录两组患者血压和并发症情况;对新生儿实施Apgar评分。结果观察组治疗后收缩压和舒张压明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿Apgar评分8分以上,所占比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正规、合理应用硫酸镁能显著改善中、重度妊高征患者临床症状和体征,提高母婴安全,值得借鉴。Objective To discuss the application effect of magnesium sulfate in treatment of moderate-severe pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 68 cases of moderate-severe pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.Control group was given magnesium sulfate 5g by intramuscular injection or 5-10g by intravenous drip;observation group was given reasonable application of formal magnesium sulfate.The change of blood pressure and the incidence of complications during the treatment course were recorded.The newborns were scored by Apgar.Results The difference of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the observation group were statistically significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）;the proportion of newborns with Apgar score of over 8 in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The reasonable application of magnesium sulfate can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of moderate-severe pregnancy induced hypertension,which improves the safety of both mother and child,thus is worth learning.
