摘  要:为解决当前城市照明系统以时控或手控为主、自动化程度不高、系统可靠性低的问题,设计出基于.NET/GPRS/GIS技术的城市照明监控管理系统。系统采用客户机/服务器模式,以Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0为开发环境,MapInfo为GIS开发平台,MapX5.0和Microsoft Visual Studio 2010为开发工具,Microsoft SQL Server 2008为数据库管理工具。根据城市照明系统的管理需求,系统分为电子地图、系统管理、报警管理、控制管理、GPRS管理、查询管理、时间管理和关于八个功能模块,具有遥信、遥测、遥控、遥调、遥视、自动报警、图形显示、数据分析、查询统计和打印等功能。测试结果表明系统功能丰富、运行稳定、实时性高、管理维护方便,具有良好的应用前景。The monitoring and management system in urban lighting is a typical instance of GIS and GPRS application, which adopts the Client/Server mode and takes Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 as the development environment, MapInfo as the developing platform of GIS, MapX5.0 and Microsoft VisUal Studio 2010 as the developing instruments and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as the management instrument of database. According to the management requirements of urban lighting system, the system is divided into eight menus of Electronic Map, System Management, Alarm Management, Control Management, GPRS Management, Search Management, Time Management and Help, which has the functions of Tele-Signaling, Tele- Measuring, Tele-Controlling, Tele-Adjusting, Tale-Viewing, Automatic Alarm, Graphic Display, Data Analysis, Inquiry Statistics and Printing. The experimental results show that the system has rich function, stable performance, high real-time performance, management and maintenance convenience, and has a good application prospect.
