摘　　要：文中首先介绍了太阳能LED路灯系统的组成,及各组成部分的工作原理。然后详细讨论了用STC90C52单片机实现的太阳能LED路灯控制器的设计,包括用并联式三端稳压管TL431芯片实现的蓄电池充电控制电路、用场效应管实现的负载输出控制电路、用光敏电阻实现的光控电路、用运算放大器实现的检测电路的硬件电路设计和系统软件的实现。Firstly,the composition of the solar LED street lamp system is introduced and the operating principle of each constituent part of the solar LED street tamp system is discussed. Then the design of the controller of the solar LED street lamp system is analysed detailedly with the use of STC90C52, including the design of charging control circuit of the storage battery using the parallel three-terminal regulator TIA31 chip, the load output control circuit using the MOSFET,the light-operated circuit using the photoresistor,the detection circuit using the operational amplifier and the design of this system＇s software.
