摘　　要：采用田间小区试验研究了有机无机复混肥对辣椒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,施有机无机复混肥能增加辣椒产量,改善果实性状,提高经济效益,不同施肥处理对辣椒产量和果实性状效果均为有机无机复混肥处理>农民习惯施肥处理>纯化肥处理;施有机无机复混肥能增加辣椒干物质含量和提高辣椒果实的蛋白质、全糖和维生素C含量,明显地改善了辣椒果实的品质,但未能提高辣椒素含量。Effect on organic-inorganic complex fertilizers application on yield and quality of chilli was studied by using the field experiment.The results showed that organic-inorganic complex fertilizers application could increase yield, promote characteristics of chilli and raise economic benefit of chilli.The efficiency of fertilizer application was in the order：organic-inorganic complex fertilizers treatment 〉the farmers accustomed fertilizers treatment 〉 pure chemical fertilizers treatment.Organic-inorganic complex fertilizers could enhance dry matter content ,increase the content of protein, total sugar and vitamin C in chilli fruit, obviously promote the quality of chilli fruit, but couldn＇t raise the capsidiol content.
