摘  要:以脱毒马铃薯早大白试管苗为材料,研究6种不同碳源和活性炭对其生长的影响。结果表明:蔗糖和绵白糖优于其他4种碳源,两者在株高和叶片数上分别比单糖葡萄糖高64.8%、18.4%和104.2%、67.2%;在生根数方面比葡萄糖、可溶性淀粉多26.9%、10%;在根长方面比D-果糖长245.6%、221.5%。此外研究表明蔗糖与绵白糖浓度为20g/L或25g/L时较好,浓度太高反而不利于马铃薯脱毒苗的生长;活性炭浓度0.1%~0.2%较适宜,可促进马铃薯脱毒苗生长,有利于生根。The effect of different carbon sources and activated charcoal on Zaodabai Virus-free Potato in vitro were analyzed in this research.The results showed sucrose and soft sugar were better than other carbon sources,they were 64.8%,18.4% higher than glucose and had 104.2%,67.2% more blades,root more than glucose and soluble starch 26.9% and 10%,root length longer than D-fructose 245.6% and 221.5%.The better concentration of sucrose and soft sugar were 20g/L or 25g/L,their concentration were too high to Virus-free Potato in vitro.The better concentration of activated charcoal was 0.1%~0.2%,promoted the growth and rooting of virus-free potato in vitro.
