阿希米联合硝酸咪唑阴道软胶囊治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨使用阿希米联合硝酸咪唑阴道软胶囊治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将122例念珠菌性阴道炎患者随机分为实验组（62例）和对照组（60例），比较两组的总有效率。结果两组第一个疗程结束停药后1w疗效比较：实验组与对照组总有效率分别为96．8％、73．3％（P〈0．05）。两组第二个疗程结束停药后1w疗效比较，实验组与对照组总有效率93．5％、70％（P〈0．05）。结论阿希米不影响正常阴道菌群及酸碱度，联合硝酸咪唑阴道软胶囊治疗减少了念珠菌性阴道炎的复发，具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy Axi Mi joint imidazole nitrate vaginal soft capsules to treat Candida vaginitis. Methods 122 cases of patients with Candida vaginitis were randomly divided into experimental group （62 cases） and control group （60 cases）, the two groups were compared the effect. Results One week after the end of the two sets of the first course of treatment withdrawal efficacy： the experimental group and the control group, the total efficiency were 96.8% and 73.3% （P 〈0.05）. One week after the end of the two sets of the second course of treatment withdrawal efficacy, the experimental group and the control group, the total effective rate were 93.5% and 70% （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion A Ximi did not affect the normal vaginal flora and pH ,which joint nitrate imidazole vaginal soft capsules had reduced the recurrence of Candida vaginitis, with good clinical efficacy.
