支气管哮喘患儿血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液中半乳糖凝集素-3和转化生长因子-β1的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在哮喘患儿血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法测定和比较45例哮喘患儿(哮喘组)及15例气管异物或气道畸形患儿(对照组)血清和BALF中Gal-3、TGF-β1水平。结果哮喘组患儿的血清和BALF中的Gal-3、TGF-β1水平均较对照组高;中重度哮喘患儿的血清和BALF中Gal-3、TGF-β1水平均高于轻度哮喘患儿,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。哮喘组患儿血清中的Gal-3、TGF-β1水平与相应的BALF中的Gal-3、TGF-β1水平呈显著正相关(r=0.910、0.914,P均<0.05);血清中Gal-3水平与TGF-β1水平呈显著正相关(r=0.932,P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿血清和BALF中Gal-3、TGF-β1水平均明显升高,可能参与了哮喘的发生、发展。Objectives To investigate the change of the level of galectin-3 （Gal-3） and transforming growth factor beta 1 （TGF-β1） in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） in children with asthma. Methods Forty-five children with asthma, as asthma group, and 15 children with tracheal foreign body or abnormal airway, as control group, were enrolled in this study. The serum and BALF levels of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 were measured using ELISA method and com- pared. Results In asthma group, the levels of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 in serum and BALF were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Serum and BALF levels of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 in children with moderate or severe asthma were significantly higher than those in children with mild asthma （P〈0.05）. The levels of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 in serum were cor- related positively with those in BALF （r=0.910, 0.914, P〈0.05）. In serum, level of Gal-3 was correlated positively with level of TGF-β1 （r=0.932, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Both of serum and BALF levels of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 were elevated in children with asthma and Gal-3 and TGF-β1 may involve in the occurrence and development of asthma.
