摘 要:目的探讨维生素K1对哮喘大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞介素4(IL-4)及肺组织中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响。方法将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分成3组,维生素K1组、哮喘组、正常对照组,每组10只。用卵白蛋白进行致敏和激发制备大鼠哮喘模型,分析BALF中的细胞分类计数,运用ELISA方法测定BALF中IL-4含量,运用免疫组化方法测定肺组织标本中ICAM-1阳性细胞平均光密度值。结果维生素K1组大鼠BALF中嗜酸粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、IL-4含量及肺组织中ICAM-1阳性表达较哮喘组明显降低,但仍高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素K1能够降低哮喘大鼠BALF中IL-4含量及ICAM-1的表达。Objectives To investigate the effects of vitamin K1 on intefleukin-4 (IL-4) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and expression of intercellular adhesion molecular-1 (ICAM-1) in the lung tissue in asthmatic mice. Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into vitamin K1 group, asthmatic group and control group, and 10 for each group. Asthma model was induced with ovalbumin. Cell counting and classification were analyzed in BLAF, the levels of IL-4 in BALF were determined using ELISA method, and the average optical density of ICAM-1 positive cells in lung tissue was measured by im- munohistochemistry. Results The count of acidophilus granulocyte and neutrophile granulocyte, the level of IL-4 in BALF and the expression of ICAM-1 in lung tissues in vitamin K1 group were significantly lower than those in the asthmatic group (P〈0.05), but were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Vitamin Kl can significantly decrease the lev-el of IL-4 in BLAF and the expression of ICAM-1 in lung tissues.
