摘　　要：目的总结非侵入性下肢筋膜间隙感染的成功治疗方法。方法对2005年6月～2012年6月收治的13例非侵入性下肢筋膜间隙感染患者进行手术脓肿清除,术中置VSD引流,术后根据细菌培养和药敏实验抗感染及营养支持治疗,观察在院治疗效果和术后复发情况。结果 13例病人全部获得随访,随访时间10～24个月,病人伤口均一期愈合,术后无复发。结论在非侵入性下肢筋膜间隙感染的外科治疗中,彻底的脓肿清除是基础,深度(持续、足时、通畅)引流是关键,敏感药物抗感染是条件,营养支持是保障。Objective To summarize the successful treatment of non - invasive lower extremity fascial space infection. Methods From June 2005 to June 2012, we treated 13 cases of patients with non - invasive leg fascial space infection. We cleared the abscess and placed VSD drainages in the wound cavities. After surgery, based on the results of bacteriological culture and drug sensitivity testing, we gave them the anti - infective therapies and nutrition support therapies, and we observed the treatment effects and recurrences. Results All 13 patients were followed up for 10 to 24 months, and the patients＇wounds healed without recurrence after surgery. Conclusion In the surgical treatment of non - invasive lower extremity fascial space infections, completely clear the abscess was a basis, deep （ continu- ous, long time, unobstructed） drainage was a key, using of sensitive drugs created a condition, and the nutritional support was a guaranty for all the successful treatments.
