摘  要:目的研究通过改进缝合方法和选择合适手术缝线来促进断裂跟腱的愈合。方法将60只新西兰大白兔编号1~60号并随机分为3组(每组20只):新缝合法组、Bunnel缝合法组、7号丝线组;每组再随机分为4个小组,每小组5只,分别对应4个检查时间段:术后即刻、7 d、14 d、28 d;将每组家兔健侧跟腱作为对照组。取术后跟腱做生物力学测试,观察跟腱力学变化。结果最大负荷对比:①对照组>新缝合法组>Bunnel缝合法组;②新缝合法组>7号丝线组。最大负荷下应变对比:①对照组>新缝合法组,对照组>Bunnel缝合法组;②新缝合法组>7号丝线组。能量对比:①对照组>新缝合法组>Bunnel缝合法组;②新缝合法组>7号丝线组。结论新缝合法较Bunnel缝合法好,普迪斯(PDS)缝线较7号丝线缝合效果好。Objective To promote the healing of Achilles tendon rupture by improving surgical suture methods and choosing surgical sutures. Methods New Zealand white rabbits 60 No. 1-60, were randomly divided into three groups, namely a new suture group, Bunnel suture group, 7 silk thread group, n=20. Each group was randomly divided into four sub-groups, each group 5, corresponding to 4 examination time periods: immediate, 7 d, 14 d, 28 d. Each group will study the contralateral Achilles tendon as control group. Achilles tendon was taken after operation for biomechanical testing, and the changes in the Achilles tendon biomechanics were observed. Results Maximum load comparison: ①control group was greater than the new suture group, and which was greater than Bunnel suture group; ②new suture group was greater than 7 silk thread group. Maximum load strain comparison: ①control group was greater than the new suture group, control group was greater than Bunnel suture group;②new suture group was greater than 7 silk thread group. Energy comparison: ①control group was greater than the new suture group, and which was greater than Bunnel suture group; ②new suture group was greater than 7 silk thread group. Conclusion The new suture method is better then the Bunnel suture method, and Pudis(PDS) is better than the 7 silk thread.
