红茴香与徐长卿不同配比镇痛作用的组方分析

摘　　要：目的红茴香与徐长卿联合应用具有协同镇痛作用,为研制复方镇痛制剂,文中观察不同配比红茴香和徐长卿合用的镇痛效果及其组方分析。方法将小鼠随机分为对照组、阿司匹林组、不同配比的红茴香/徐长卿组(1.2/0、1.0/0.2、0.8/0.4、0.6/0.6、0.4/0.8、0.2/1.0、0/1.2,g/kg),通过小鼠热板法、醋酸扭体法,观察各给药组对小鼠热板法痛阈值和扭体次数的影响。结果与其他组相比,红茴香与徐长卿按0.8/0.4、0.6/0.6(g/kg)配方给药时,小鼠痛阈值提高更显著,扭体次数减少更明显。结论红茴香和徐长卿联合应用的比例在1/0.5～1/1时可取得较好的镇痛效果。Objective Illicium henryi diels combined with cyuanchum panicalatum （ IHD ＋ CP） has a synergic analgesic effect. The authors compared the analgesic effects of IHD ＋ CP in different proportions in order to develop an effective compound anal- gesic. Methods We randomly divided healthy mice into nine groups ： blank control, aspirin, and IHD ＋ CP 1.2： 0, 1.0： 0.2, 0.8：0.4, 0.6：0.6, 0.4：0.8, 0.2：1.0 and 0：1.2 g/kg. We observed the pain thresholds of the mice in the hot-plate test and their writhing times in the acetic acid-induced body-turning test. Results IHD ＋ CP in the proportion of 0.8：0.4 and 0.6：0.6 g/kg sig- nificantly enhanced the pain thresholds and reduced the writhing times of the mice as compared with the other groups. Conclusion IHD ＋ CP in the proportion of 1 ： 0.5 to 1： 1 produces a higher analgesic effect.
