摘　　要：单光子发射型计算机断层扫描术(single photon emission computed tomography,SPECT)是核医学检查中最为重要的方法之一。文中介绍常用的SPECT断层重建方法及其应用进展,分析重建函数的原理及参数的选择,评价其优缺点。利用SPECT指导断层图像重建,从而准确地显示靶器官的解剖结构和病变,为临床诊断提供有价值的信息。SPECT is one of the most important techniques in nuclear medicine. This paper is to introduce some SPECT recon- stitution methods often used in daily works, to analyze their principles and the selection of window functions and to compare their ad- vantages and limitations. Selecting a suitable method to guide the image reconstruction is profitable to display the anatomic structures exactly and provide higher clinical values.
