实时三维经食管超声心动图对房间隔及邻近解剖结构的成像研究

摘　　要：目的探讨实时三维超声心动图对房间隔和邻近解剖结构的成像方法及所显示的重要解剖结构。方法选取30例患者对房间隔及邻近解剖结构进行经食管实时三维超声心动图成像,分析成像方法及所显示的解剖结构。结果从二维双房上下腔静脉切面启动实时三维模式进行成像所得房间隔及邻近解剖结构图像显示最佳。房间隔左房面显示的结构为:卵圆窝,主动脉无冠窦,二尖瓣环,冠状静脉窦,升主动脉,上腔静脉,右上肺静脉及右下肺静脉。房间隔右房面显示的结构为:卵圆窝,上腔静脉,主动脉无冠窦,升主动脉,下腔静脉,冠状静脉窦右心房开口。结论经食管实时三维超声心动图可以显示房间隔及邻近解剖结构信息。Objective To explore the imaging modality of the atrial septum and adjoined anatomic structures by real-time 3D transesophageal echocardiography （RT-3D-TEE）. Methods Thirty patients were performed by RT 3D- TEE for imaging the atrial septum and adjoined anatomic structures. Imaging modality of the atrial septum and adjoined anatomic structures were analyzed. Results Optimal imaging of atrial septum and adjoined anatomic structures could be obtained when the real-time 3D ZOOM modality was started from two dimensional double atrium double-vena cava view. The structures viewed from left side of atrial septum included foramen ovale, noncoronary sinus of aorta, mitral annulus, coronary venous sinus, ascending aorta, superior vena cava, right upper pulmonary vein and right inferior pulmonary vein. The structures viewed from right side of atrial septum included foramen ovale, inferior vena cava, superior vena cava, noncoronary sinus of aorta, ascending aorta, ostium of coronary venous sinus. Conclusions RT-3D-TEE can demonstrate the atrial septum and adjoined anatomic structures.
