摘 要:目的探讨能谱CT在鉴别门静脉栓子性质方面的价值。方法回顾检测分析18例门脉癌栓和15例门脉血栓宝石CT GSI(Gemstone Spectral Imaging)图像的(40~140keV,间隔5keV)单能量CT值,比较2组栓子CT值的统计学差异。结果经统计学处理,18例门脉癌栓及15例门脉血栓40~140keV单能量CT值存在统计学差异(P值<0.05)。门脉癌栓碘(水)配对基物质含量是(21.09±3.71)100ug/cm3;门脉血栓碘(水)配对基物质含量是(3.71±3.50)100ug/cm3,P值<0.01,两者有统计学差异。结论能谱单能量CT值可区别门静脉癌栓与血栓。Objective To investigate the value of single energy of spectral CT in distinguishing different portal venous emboli. Methods Gemstone Spectral Imaging (GST) scan and conventional 120 kVp scan were performed in eighteen- eight patients with neoplastic portal vein embolus (NPVE) and 15 patients with portal venous thrombsis (PVT). Single energy CT value of GSI (40~140 keV, 5 keV's interval) and 120 kVp mixed energy CT value were measured and calcu lated. The differences of CT values among different embolus were compared using analysis of variance. Results After sta- tistical treatment, the differences of NPVE to PVT in single energy (40-140 keV, 5 keVs interval) CT values were o[ statistical significance ( P 〈0.05). Image processing was performed on GSI Viewer browser to measure the iodine content of the NPVE (21.09 ±3.71, 100 ug/cm~ ) and PVT (3.71 ± 3.50, 100 ug/cm3 ), There was asignificant difference ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion PVT could be distinguished from NPVE by single energy CT value of Gemstone energy spectrum.
